Because Hearth & Barn is not licensed to sell or serve alcohol, all alcohol must be:

• Purchased by the couple or their designated host.

• Served by a licensed and insured bartender when required by law.

• Removed from the property at the end of the event.

Absolutely! You are welcome to use the licensed caterer of your choice.

All caterers must provide proof of liability insurance and any required food service licensing before the event.

Yes! Food trucks are welcome.

Food trucks must:

• Carry their own insurance.

• Be self-contained.

• Arrive during scheduled vendor access times.

Only if feeding is offered as part of your event.

Guests may feed approved treats purchased through the venue or treats specifically approved by venue staff. Outside food may make the animals sick and is not permitted.

Children must always be supervised around animals.

One of the advantages of choosing Hearth & Barn is that we have indoor spaces available.

We will work with you to implement your weather backup plan as needed. We recommend all couples plan for both outdoor and indoor ceremony options.

Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for guests.

For the safety of our farm animals and guests, outside pets are not permitted.

Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are always welcome.

Battery-operated candles are encouraged.

Real candles must be enclosed in glass containers. Open flames, tiki torches, lanterns with exposed flames, and unattended candles are not permitted.

The venue handles routine cleanup of tables, chairs, and facilities.

Couples and vendors are responsible for removing:

• Personal décor

• Gifts

• Food brought in by vendors

• Alcohol

• Rental items

Anything left behind after the agreed pickup time may be discarded.

A cleanup package may be purchased for those wishing to simply leave the cleanup to the crew!

Absolutely! We love family celebrations.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially near animals, ponds, parking areas, and farm equipment.

Yes! We encourage couples and photographers to use the beautiful scenery throughout the property.

For everyone's safety, please do not climb fences, enter animal pastures without permission, or use farm equipment as photo props.
